Hi I’m Val, I’ve been interested in health and fitness for years, however my goals shifted towards functional strength in 2021 after I went on my first backpacking trip with my Dad.

Mobility and usable strength proved to be a necessity.

I realized quality movement is important whether it’s for trekking long distances or moving comfortably through daily life. I became NASM certified last spring; driven by the desire to help others feel confident and strong in their bodies.
