The Most Effective 45 Minute Workout
Rise45 is a strength and conditioning program conducted in a small group training format that will leave you feeling challenged and invigorated. Mondays and Wednesdays are strength days paired with a workout and Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are high-intensity interval training days, combining conditioning and plyometrics to help you burn fat and build muscle.

Dedicated strength training days: We have dedicated two days a week to helping you improve strength in 4 core movements: Squat, Deadlift, Push Press, Bench Press
The full-body workout: Each Rise45 class targets all major muscle groups, so you'll get a complete workout in just 45 minutes.
